Hello! I'm Bir Kaur Khalsa (aka "Bir"). I give people the courage to get unstuck in their life using Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5 Element Acupuncture along with over 20 years of experience in western and eastern medicine. As a result, people feel more balanced and connected with themselves and their external environment physically, emotionally and spiritually. We have all felt stuck at some point in our lives. It happens. It's been my passion to support people with shifting from those feelings of stagnation into finding the freedom and independence they desire.

I love supporting other healthcare professionals, teachers and business professionals decrease burnout, improve self care and support them in continuing to provide high quality of care/service to others.  I'm excited to be on this journey with you as you embrace the freedom you desire as well.
