Hello! I'm Bir Kaur Khalsa. I give people the courage to get unstuck in their life using a variety of practical and holistic modalities that help people feel balanced physically, emotionally and spiritually. We have all felt stuck at some point in our lives. It happens. It's been my passion to help people shift from those feelings of stagnation into finding the freedom and independence they desire.
I love helping other healthcare and business professionals to decrease burnout, improve self care and support them in continuing to provide high quality of care/service to others.
