Yogi Bhajan highly encouraged those who practice Kundalini Yoga to also train in martial arts. This is a series of gentle martial arts warm up exercises called Tao Yin that uses regulated breath and movement to facilitate the movement of qi/prana in the body. Noted the series is being facilitated quickly for the primary purpose of showing the sequence. Each exercise should be performed 2-3 x’s slowly to receive full benefit. If you turn up the volume you can hear the instructor guiding the specific breathing for each exercise.
